Further, nothing in this section, nor any rule or regulation of the Commissioner, shall prevent or be deemed to prohibit any person who is less than eighteen but at least sixteen years of age from being employed by a licensee whose principal business is the sale of food or consumer goods or the providing of recreational activities, including, but not limited to, nationally franchised fast food outlets, family-oriented restaurants, bowling alleys, drug stores, discount stores, grocery stores and convenience stores: provided, that such person shall not sell or deliver nonintoxicating beer Replacement, 225 GENERAL OFFENSES CODE 36 Nothing in this subsection shall prohibit a person who is at least eighteen years of age from purchasing or possessing nonintoxicating beer when he or she is acting upon the request of or under the direction and control of any member of a state, federal or local law-enforcement agency or the West Virginia Alcohol Beverage Administration while the agency is conducting an investigation or other activity relating to the enforcement of the alcohol beverage control statutes and the rules and regulations of the Commissioner. The ordinance further imposed a fee of $2.00 per month per local exchange service line or line equivalent, to finance the projected costs of the enhanced emergency telephone system. Separate Payments Not Permitted. (a) Any dog found running at large or not under restraint in the City without proper license and rabies tags, as required by this article, or any unspayed female dog found running at large while in heat or any dog known to be vicious, dangerous or in the habit of attacking or biting persons, or any dog known or suspected to be suffering with rabies running at large, or any dog on which complaints have been received of having caused property damage or destruction, running at large, shall be impounded by the appropriate authority for a period of five days and may thereafter be disposed of, unless redeemed by the owner, or placed for adoption by the Animal Warden. (b) No person shall cause or allow trash, garbage, waste, rubbish, refuse or any other noxious or offensive materials or substances to be collected or remain in any place to the damage or prejudice of others or of the public, or unlawfully obstruct, impede, divert, corrupt or render unwholesome or impure, any natural watercourse BARRICADES AND WARNING LIGHTS; ABANDONED EXCAVATIONS. disposition of refuse Form of notice of lien; Requirements regarding grass, recordation of lien and interest. Leaking commodes, dripping faucets, malfunctioning appliances and similar situations shall not constitute leaks which entitle the customer to a recalculated bill. (d) Whoever violates Section (d) shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) and shall be imprisoned not more than thirty days. Art Licensing of Contractors. No person shall drive a vehicle onto or from any controlled-access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are established by public authority. Any motor vehicle may be operated under the conditions specified in Section when equipped with two lighted lamps upon the front thereof capable of revealing persons and objects seventy-five feet ahead in lieu of lamps required in Section , or Section , provided that at no time shall it be operated at a speed in excess of twenty miles per hour. (d) (e) Each manufacturer shall: (1) Certify to the Division of Public Safety and Division of Motor Vehicles that a sun screening device used by it is in compliance with the reflectivity and transmittance requirements of this section; (2) Provide a label not to exceed one and one-half square inches in size, with a means for the permanent and legible installations between the sun screening material and each glazing surface to which it is applied that contains the manufacturer's name and its percentage of light transmission; and (3) Include instructions with the product or material for proper installation, including the affixing of the label specified in this section. Upon information received from any person or as a result of its own investigation, the Unsafe Buildings Commission may issue a complaint against any building and the owner thereof. (g) No licensee shall permit in his premises any lewd, immoral or improper entertainment, conduct or practice; (h) No licensee except the holder of a license to operate a private club issued under the provisions of West Virginia Code Article 60-7, or a holder of a license for a private wine restaurant issued under the provisions of West Virginia Code Article 60-8, shall possess a Federal license, tax receipt or other permit entitling, authorizing or allowing such licensee to sell liquor or alcoholic drinks other than nonintoxicating beer; (i) No licensee shall obstruct the view of the interior of his premises by enclosure, lattice, drapes or any means which would prevent plain view of the patrons occupying such premises. 347 Driver's licensing - see TRAF.
